I focus on a collaborative approach because I was once on the other side of the couch, and I know how important it is to feel truly heard and respected in therapy. As a social worker, I specialize in supporting women and couples through some of life's most tender and challenging moments—from pregnancy and postpartum transitions to navigating racial identity, relationship conflict, and trauma. I work with young adults and adults using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), and attachment-based work. Whether you're experiencing postpartum depression, anxiety, caregiver burnout, or family strain, I'm here to help you process what you're carrying and move toward healing. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and accept Aetna, Cigna Healthcare, Anthem, Medicaid, Optum, and UnitedHealthcare. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to work with you.
