Introduction

Relationships can be complicated, emotions can get BIG, and sometimes even the people we love most have a hard time understanding each other. Sound familiar? Hi, I'm Chamerah! I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, communication struggles, parenting concerns, and life's unexpected changes. I also love helping children and teens work through school stress, friendships, big feelings, and the challenges of growing up. With approximately 12 years of experience in education and child-focused settings, I understand how much our relationships and everyday experiences affect how we feel. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. We'll talk through what's happening, recognize patterns, and find strategies you can actually use outside of therapy. There's room for honest conversations, encouragement, and a little laughter along the way! I also offer Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) assessments to help identify a young person's strengths and areas where additional support may be helpful. Whether you're hoping to strengthen your relationship, support your child, or feel more confident navigating life, you don't have to know exactly where to start. I offer virtual services throughout Ohio, with evening and weekend availability. I'd love to connect!
