I’m a warm, compassionate therapist who believes that healing is about more than simply managing symptoms—it’s about creating a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling. I’ve spent the past five years specializing in eating disorders and body image, and I’m passionate about helping people build a more peaceful relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves. I also work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and the many ways these experiences can impact everyday life and relationships. I work with teenagers, young adults, adults, and older adults, as well as individuals and families. My approach draws from evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, ERP, and ACT, while recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all path to healing. I meet each person with compassion, curiosity, and respect, while gently challenging clients to move toward the life they want. I believe therapy can be a space to feel understood, develop new tools, and ultimately create more freedom, connection, and possibility.
