Introduction

Has stress, anxiety, or depression—and the unhealthy ways of coping with them negatively impacted your personal, professional, or intimate relationships? If you're ready to heal and live a peaceful and more fulfilling life? Then let's talk. I specialize in supporting professionals, college students, and individuals navigating relationship challenges, trauma, depression, and anxiety. Life can feel overwhelming when stressors pile up, relationships feel strained, or past experiences continue to affect the present. My goal is to provide a safe and empathic approach to therapy where you can process these challenges and begin to heal. I am a licensed trauma informed therapist specializing in treatment of mood and anxiety disorders. I provide a supportive and empathic approach to therapy. I incorporate a variety of evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed practices, tailored to meet your individual needs. I know it takes courage to be vulnerable and seek profession help. Let's begin the healing process together, at your own pace, one session at a time. Contact me for a consultation.
