Introduction

You feel like you’ve lost yourself and wish life could go back to how it was before. Maybe a painful event changed everything, or maybe the stress and anxiety crept in slowly. Either way, you know something needs to shift — you want to feel less triggered, less anxious, and more at peace in your own skin. I help people who feel stuck because of trauma, anxiety, grief, or painful memories that won’t let go. I am master trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) — a gentle, research-backed approach that helps your brain reprocess distressing memories so they lose their grip. Many clients notice relief in just a few sessions. My clients report feeling less stressed, less anxious, and less negatively impacted by trauma because they are equipped with skills to unhook from negative feedback loops that are leaving them feeling stuck. The goal of my work is to help my clients feel whole again and make committed action towards a meaningful life. Making the decision to reach out to a therapist is a courageous one and I understand the vulnerability required to make that phone call or write that email. My goal is to empower my clients to develop a deeper understanding and awareness of themselves. Email me today so together we can calm your body, clear your mind, and reset your path forward.
