Relationships are at the core of our well-being, any they can also be the source of our deepest pain. My path into becoming a psychologist began with an interested in how people build secure attachment and heal from betrayal when trust is broken. Over the past decade, my work has focused on understanding the ways trauma, attachment, and communication patterns shape our relationships, and how those patterns can be transformed. I specialize in working with couples and individuals navigating relationship distress, betrayal, intimacy challenges, trauma, and major life transitions. My approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based therapies including Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and psychedelic-assisted therapy. I also have specialized training in ketamine-assisted couple therapy and am actively involved in clinical research exploring innovative treatments for relational healing. Whether you are feeling disconnected from your partner, struggling to rebuild trust, or wanting to better understand yourself in relationships, therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of painful patterns, and create meaningful change. My goal is to help clients build deeper emotional safety, stronger communication, and more aligned, fulfilling relationships with themselves and the people they love.
