Clients often come to me to for work related to perfectionism, identity, relational challenges, grief/loss, and trauma. They often feel overwhelmed and anxious, even though they are performing "well" on the outside. They would like to go beneath the surface to gain insight into long-held patterns and narratives in order to make desired changes. I prefer to do deeper work with clients, beginning with a minimum of once per week sessions in order to facilitate deeper, longer lasting changes. I help individuals expand their repertoire of coping skills, work through stuck points, and find grounding and clarity within their personal values. I have experience working with burnout, perfectionism, depression, trauma, relational issues, ADHD, gender identity and anxiety. I use Psychodynamic techniques, Narrative Therapy, ACT, and EMDR, depending on the needs of the client.
