I’m Chanelle (she/her), a systems-trained therapist with a focus on helping women navigate anxiety/depression, body image, work/life chaos, childhood trauma, and all the messy transitions life throws our way. My approach is deeply human. I show up fully with swear words, laughter, three beverages, bare feet and all, because I believe healing happens when we stop performing and start being. In our work together, I’ll model that. I might laugh at a joke and then help you unpack the self-protection behind the humor. I don’t believe in putting on a therapist mask. I believe in connection, honesty, and having a place to be exactly as complex and intricate as we are. I use principles of Internal Family Systems (IFS), the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help understand how your past has shaped your present and how to move forward with more intention and self-trust. Before becoming a therapist, I spent a decade in corporate America. I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from your own life, like you’re just going through the motions. You don’t have to stay there. Therapy can help you come home to yourself. Whether you’re burnt out, numbed out, or trying to figure out what the hell you’re doing with your life — you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here when you’re ready.
