Hey you, the fellow human reading this on the other side of the screen. I know starting therapy can feel awkward, uncomfortable, or intimidating. My goal is to create a space where children, teens, and young adults can show up exactly as they are—talkative, quiet, overwhelmed, emotional, confused, or unsure where to begin. Young people deserve to feel genuinely heard and understood, not minimized because of their age. I want the unheard to feel heard, the unseen to feel seen, and the hard things to feel a little less heavy to carry alone. As a first-generation Mexican American, I understand what it feels like to navigate worlds that don’t always feel built for you. Growing up, resilience, code-switching, self-advocacy, and navigating complex systems weren’t always choices; they were survival. These experiences have deeply shaped how I connect with individuals and families as they navigate their own challenges and transitions. As a therapist, I use clinical tools, but more than anything, I lead with heart. Therapy isn’t about getting everything right; it’s about slowing down enough to understand what’s happening beneath the surface. I hope to offer a steady, welcoming space where you can process life, express yourself freely, ask hard questions, and exist without judgment. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, identity, school stress, family dynamics, relationships, big emotions, or life transitions, my hope is that you leave feeling more grounded, self-aware, and connected to
