I have experience working with families, teens aged 14 to 17, couples, and older adults, so I’m well-equipped to meet you where you are. With six years of experience in techniques like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), I focus on things like crisis intervention, mood regulation, and communication skills.
