Therapy is a space where you can show up exactly as you are — messy, uncertain, exhausted, or somewhere in between. As an associate marriage and family therapist, I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, immigration-related trauma, and the self-esteem struggles that often come alongside these experiences. My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in helping you make sense of your experiences without judgment, drawing from cognitive-behavioral, attachment-based, and strengths-based frameworks. Together, we'll explore what's getting in your way, process the experiences that have shaped you, and build the tools and self-trust to move forward. Services are available in both English and Spanish.
