Hello, I'm Charity, a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Colorado and Florida. I began my journey in the mental health field with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida Gulf Coast University, followed by a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary. My passion for helping others has led me to provide professional counseling services to individuals across various community agencies and private practice settings. I offer holistic therapeutic support that honors the connection between thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences. I work with adults experiencing issues such as anxiety, OCD, ADHD, depression, life transitions, relationships, self-esteem/image, career transitions, substance abuse, trauma, pre and postpartum and grief/loss. My approach is person-centered, relational, and strengths-based, meaning I meet you where you are and journey with you toward self-discovery, healing, and empowerment.
