Introduction

Life can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Emotions and thoughts help us make sense of our experiences, but they can also feel heavy or confusing. Maybe you’re not sure how to feel better, or maybe you’re ready to explore change but don’t know where to start. That’s okay, I meet each person, child, couple, or family where they are and work collaboratively to create a path forward. My name is Charity, and as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, I support individuals, children, couples, and families in navigating life’s challenges, building resilience, and fostering meaningful connection. I believe that healing happens within the safety of a trusting, compassionate relationship. I aim to create a warm and supportive therapeutic space where you can explore challenges, uncover your strengths, and move toward meaningful change in your life. There is nothing wrong with needing help, it’s all part of our human experience. You seeking therapy today is a step toward growth, connection, and well-being. I’d be honored to support you on your journey and hope you are proud of yourself for taking this first step. Supervised by: Dr. Jiyoung Moon Ph.D, LPC-S, RPT-S
