I'm Charity, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years of clinical experience across some of the most complex and underserved settings in mental health — adolescent and adult treatment centers, foster care, and crisis stabilization. I've sat with people at their lowest points, and what I've seen consistently is this: hope is never truly gone.
