Introduction

My Areas of Focus Anxiety Anxiety is your body's way of trying to protect you, but it can often feel like a wave that pulls you under. Together, we will partner to help you find your footing. I provide evidence-based, "bottom-up" tools to help you understand your nervous system’s unique response to stress. We will focus on practical ways to regulate your emotions and build a sense of internal safety, allowing you to move from a state of survival back into a life of authentic meaning and color. Couples Relationships are the ground we stand on, but even the strongest foundations can face seasons of disconnection. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space for you to navigate your most difficult hurdles—whether you are healing from a breach of trust or feeling a growing sense of distance. Using the Gottman Method, I help you move past the "roommate phase" and deep-seated conflict to rebuild a relationship centered on mutual respect, deep friendship, and shared meaning. ADHD (Neurodiversity-Affirming Care) Your brain is wired to process the world with a unique intensity. I specialize in working with ADHD adults who are ready to move toward radical self-acceptance and a life that actually fits how they function. Rather than focusing on neurotypical standards, we will work on sharpening your executive functioning skills in a way that feels sustainable. Our goal is to help you understand your unique wiring, manage emotional regulation, and build a lifestyle that honors your strengths rather than fighting against them. Teens Being a teenager today comes with an immense amount of pressure and noise. I provide a safe, consistent sanctuary for teens who are feeling "stuck" or overwhelmed by the intensity of their internal world. My approach is centered on helping them understand how their brain works and providing them with the tools to regulate their "big feelings." By fostering a non-judgmental environment, I help your teen learn to advocate for their needs and move from a place of exhaustion toward genuine self-empowerment. Medical Professionals You spend your days holding space for everyone else’s needs, but I’m here to hold space for yours. Medical professionals face a unique level of chronic stress that can leave you feeling depleted and disconnected. I understand the weight that you carry. Here, you don't have to be the "strong one." I offer a confidential space to process the high-stress environment you work in, and I will help you reclaim the parts of yourself that have been buried under the demands of your career. Trauma Trauma often stays with you long after an event is over, showing up in your body and your reactions rather than just your memories. If you are living with the aftermath of childhood neglect, difficult relationships, or PTSD, I’m here to help you move forward. Using EMDR and Parts Work, we work at a pace that feels safe for you to help your nervous system finally feel at rest. Our goal is to help you untangle your identity from your past experiences so you can feel truly secure and at home in your own skin.
