Introduction

My Areas of Focus Anxiety Anxiety often feels like a constant background hum or a sudden wave that pulls you under. I won’t just tell you to "relax." We will work together to understand your nervous system’s unique response to stress. Whether you are dealing with generalized anxiety, social fears, or the specific anxiety that comes with navigating a neurotypical world, I provide evidence-based tools to help you find your footing, regulate your emotions, and move from a state of survival back into a life of meaning. Couples Relationships aren’t magic; they are a science. I help couples navigate their most difficult seasons—whether you are reeling from the pain of infidelity or feeling a growing sense of disconnection. By using the Gottman Method, I help you move past the "roommate phase" and deep-seated conflict to rebuild a foundation of trust, friendship, and shared meaning. ADHD (Neurodiversity-Affirming Care) If you’ve spent your life feeling "too much" or "not enough," you likely aren't broken—you just have a brain that processes the world differently. I specialize in working with ADHD adults who are exhausted by masking and the constant cycle of shame. Instead of focusing solely on "productivity," I help you understand your unique executive functioning, manage the intense emotional regulation that comes with ADHD, and build a life that works with your brain rather than against it. Teens Being a teenager today is harder than ever. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for teens struggling with burnout, ADHD, and academic pressure. I specialize in helping teens who feel "stuck" or overwhelmed by their emotions. Instead of trying to fit them into a box, I help them understand how their brain works, how to advocate for their needs, and how to manage the intense "big feelings" that come with growing up. My goal is to help your teen move from exhaustion to empowerment. Medical Worker Burnout You spend your days holding space for everyone else’s emergencies, but who holds space for yours? Medical professionals face a unique type of trauma and chronic stress that often leads to deep burnout and moral injury. I understand the weight of the white coat and the toll of the healthcare system. Here, you don't have to be the "strong one." I offer a confidential space to process the secondary trauma you witness and help you reclaim the parts of yourself that have been buried under the demands of your career. Trauma Trauma doesn't just live in your memories; it lives in your body. If you are struggling with the aftermath of childhood neglect, relational trauma, or PTSD, talking about it isn’t always enough. I utilize EMDR and Parts Work to help your nervous system finally understand that the threat is over. We move at your pace to process painful experiences, helping you untangle your identity from your past so you can finally feel safe in your own skin again.
