I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 18 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families in schools and community mental health settings. Throughout my work with young people, I’ve learned that some of the most meaningful change doesn’t happen through simply talking about problems—it happens through play, creativity, relationships, and real experiences. Children and adolescents communicate and make sense of their world in many different ways. Play and creative experiences can give them a safe and natural way to express what they may not yet have the words to explain, explore difficult emotions, build confidence, and discover new ways of coping. My approach is warm, curious, and relationship-focused. I strive to create a space where kids feel comfortable being themselves and where families feel supported along the way. I believe that when children feel truly seen, heard, and connected, meaningful growth can happen.
