Charlene Robinson is a Mental Health Counselor Associate with P&G Clinical Services. She provides a supportive and collaborative environment where clients can explore concerns, develop healthier coping strategies, and work toward meaningful change. Charlene primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also incorporating Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques based on each client’s individual needs and treatment goals. She works with adolescents and adults and provides support for concerns including: • Depression and anxiety • Grief, loss, and trauma • Self-esteem, shame, and self-image • Alcohol and substance-use concerns • Family and relationship concerns, including communication, boundaries, intimacy, and attachment • Developmental and life transitions • Wellness, spirituality, and mindfulness Charlene recognizes that each person’s experiences and goals are unique and works collaboratively with clients to identify an approach that supports their individual needs.
