Introduction

My ideal client may feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, or the weight of relationships and identity. Many are seeking a safe, affirming space to explore who they are without judgment. As a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I understand the unique challenges of navigating identity, belonging, and acceptance in a world that can feel invalidating. My clients want healthier coping strategies, stronger communication, and freedom from shame. Their goals are to feel safe, understood, and empowered—living authentically while building meaningful, supportive connections and a life worth living. I support children, teens, and adults facing many challenges. As a proud LGBTQIA+ therapist with over a decade of experience, I provide affirming care that balances compassion and evidence-based tools. My specialty includes juvenile sex offender treatment, guiding clients toward healing, resilience, and lasting growth. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a safe, affirming space where you can explore your story without judgment. Together we can work through challenges, build resilience, and move toward the life you want. I’d be honored to walk this journey with you.
