Having experienced my own share of suffering, I understand what it can feel like to search for healing, happiness, and a greater sense of meaning. My own journey has shown me that therapy can be a meaningful space to work through anxiety, depression, grief, past trauma, and the everyday challenges that life brings. My goal as a therapist is to help clients understand how their experiences have shaped them, develop healthier ways of coping, and recognize the strengths they already possess. Together, we can explore what has happened in your past while focusing on the skills and choices that can help you move forward. One of the most meaningful aspects of healing is discovering that growth and meaning can emerge from even our most painful experiences. Over time, these experiences can become sources of strength and help us redirect our lives in meaningful ways. I often return to two simple reminders: not all thoughts are true, and not all feelings are facts. I am a faith-friendly therapist and am happy to incorporate faith or spirituality into our work if that is meaningful to you. At the same time, faith is never required. I welcome people from all backgrounds, perspectives, and walks of life, and I work with adolescents and adults ages 13 and up.
