Introduction

You may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or uncertain about how to move forward after trauma, major life changes, relationship difficulties, or periods of anxiety and depression. At Leek Therapy, I work with teenagers and adults navigating trauma and PTSD, self-esteem, trust, stress, substance-use concerns, spirituality, and the challenges that often come with young adulthood. I see therapy as “two people getting to know one person.” My role is to help you meet yourself with greater curiosity, compassion, and understanding. Together, we can explore the experiences, relationships, values, and patterns that have shaped you, while identifying what you want your life to look like moving forward. I draw from Narrative Therapy, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and other approaches based on your needs. Therapy with me can include both deeper reflection and practical skill-building. I aim to provide a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you can understand yourself more fully, strengthen your ability to cope, and make thoughtful decisions that feel aligned with your values. I offer secure telehealth through Leek Therapy for clients across Massachusetts and currently maintain a waitlist for new clients.
