Hi, I'm Charlotte! I believe reaching out for therapy takes courage, and I want you to feel welcomed and supported exactly as you are. I'm a master's-level therapist intern completing my social work degree at the University of Denver. I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, substance use challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, genuine human connection, and an understanding of how our experiences and environments shape mental health. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and developing Somatic Experiencing skills to explore the connection between mind and body. I also bring experience in case management and an understanding of 12-step recovery programs. Together, we'll build trust, explore what's important to you, and develop practical tools for meaningful change. I bring authenticity, empathy, and humor into our sessions, and I welcome your feedback along the way.
