Charlotte is a doctoral prepared and board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has been working in the mental health field since 2017. Charlotte works with adults that are struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, cPTSD, ADHD, insomnia, addictions, and various other mental health disorders. Besides her doctorate degree, she received dual bachelors degrees in psychology and nursing, giving her a robust and well-rounded educational foundation that has been crucial in her patients’ success and progress. Charlotte has extensive experience treating clients suffering from mood disorders and the aftermath of trauma using an integrative treatment approach. Charlotte strives to help her clients find peace in their lives by making healthier choices and building healthier relationships with themselves and others. Her personal philosophy is that achieving mental wellbeing is a unique personal journey of self-discovery for each individual, and that it is not our history that defines us, but the choices we make in our present. Charlotte believes within every individual there is an inner strength waiting to be awakened and nurtured to take control of their life, their mental health, and ultimately their recovery.
