Starting therapy can feel like a big step—whether you’re a teen figuring out who you are or an adult trying to navigate life’s many demands. When we begin working together, I’ll start with two simple but important questions: “What do you hope to get out of therapy?” and “Why now?” These help me understand what’s going on in your world and how I can best support you. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself—no judgment, no pressure—just a place to talk, process, and grow. I specialize in working with teens and adolescents facing challenges like anxiety, school stress, social pressure, depression, ADHD, family conflict, and self-esteem struggles. At the same time, I support adults who may be dealing with life transitions, relationship challenges, family stress, career pressures, grief, or feeling stuck and overwhelmed. No matter your age or situation, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I am currently accepting new clients via Telehealth and would be honored to guide you in your psychological growth.
