As you embark on your therapeutic journey, the first two questions I will ask are, "What do you hope to gain from our time together?" and "Why now?". Many people have intermingled hopes and fears of therapy, but my goal is to create a safe space for you to move toward your psychological health. I want to understand the challenge that has brought you here and what you hope to achieve through therapy as we build trust and rapport. Whether you are an adolescent, adult, or elder facing stressors from trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, relationship issues, family problems, or addiction, I am here to help.
