Introduction

I believe therapy is a journey, and sometimes the hardest part is simply deciding to take the first step. Whether you are going through a major life transition, struggling in a relationship, experiencing anxiety or depression, working through trauma, processing grief, struggling with low self-esteem, or feeling stuck and unsure of what comes next, therapy can provide a space to pause, reflect, and move forward. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable being yourself. I believe that meaningful therapy begins with connection: feeling heard, understood, and supported by someone who is genuinely invested in your journey. From there, we can work together to better understand what you are experiencing, develop ways to cope with life's challenges, and identify the changes that can help you feel more confident and fulfilled. Connect. Cope. Change. These three words capture the heart of how I view the therapeutic process. Connect: Connect with yourself, your experiences, and your therapist in a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. Cope: Build the skills and confidence to navigate difficult emotions, relationships, transitions, and challenges in healthier and more manageable ways. Change: Turn insight into action and create meaningful changes that move you closer to the person and life you want.
