Introduction

Welcome. I’m glad you’re here. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Kentucky with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life transitions, emotional challenges, and significant life changes. While I have more than seven years of experience as a licensed counselor, my work in the helping field spans nearly 13 years and includes extensive training, supervision, and clinical practice. Much of my professional background has focused on working with adults who have experienced acquired or traumatic brain injuries. This work has shaped my approach to therapy, particularly in areas such as grief, identity changes, emotional regulation, and rebuilding confidence after life-altering events. I also have experience in community mental health settings, where I’ve worked with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds. I am currently a doctoral student in Counselor Education and Supervision and I am completing my dissertation with a focus on Perinatal Mental Health. This advanced training informs my work with individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum experiences, fertility concerns, and other complex transitions related to reproductive and family life. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I aim to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood and empowered to move toward meaningful change. I offer telehealth services for clients across Kentucky. In-home sessions may be available upon request and are considered on a case-by-case basis. I accept insurance, with more providers to be added shortly. If your provider is not listed, feel free to inquire if they are accepted. If you’re seeking thoughtful, personalized support during a challenging season of life, I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
