Introduction

I'm a licensed alcohol and drug counselor in the state of Maine. My counseling style is trauma-informed, person-centered, and rooted in compassion, ensuring that you feel seen, heard, and understood every step of the way. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are, honoring your experiences, and helping you build on your strengths. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that supports your recovery goals while fostering resilience, self-awareness, and lasting change. Through one-on-one counseling, I offer guidance, encouragement, and evidence-based strategies to help you navigate challenges, release shame, and step into a healthier, more balanced life. In addition to counseling, I also offer individual yoga sessions and somatic therapy, drawing on the powerful mind-body connection to support healing and recovery. These practices can help release stored trauma, calm the nervous system, and create deeper integration between body and mind—allowing you to access new levels of resilience and well-being. My role is not to tell you who to be, but to walk alongside you—supporting your growth, celebrating your progress, and holding hope for you when it feels difficult to hold it yourself. This is a space for healing, empowerment, and transformation—a space that is fully yours.
