I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and an endorsed Infant Mental Health Specialist with a passion for supporting young children and their families. I have worked alongside caregivers in homes, schools, communities, and clinical settings to strengthen relationships, promote resilience, and foster healthy development. I am trained and experienced in using the DC:0-5™ Diagnostic Classification system to understand and evaluate the social, emotional, and developmental needs of infants and young children, from birth through age 5. I am certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), rostered in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), and trained in Attachment Biobehavioral Catch-Up (ABC). These evidence-based approaches allow me to tailor care to the unique needs of each family, whether they are navigating behavioral challenges, trauma, or seeking to deepen connection with their child. At the heart of my work is the belief that strong, supportive relationships are the foundation for lifelong well-being. I feel honored to walk alongside families in their journey toward healing, growth, and thriving together.
