Maybe you’re experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or transitions that leave you feeling sad, angry, stuck, or unsettled. You might be looking for a supportive space to explore what’s happening, build awareness, process experiences, and foster growth, so you can make meaningful change and navigate life with greater clarity and resilience. I work with individual adults and teens, couples, and offer specialized support for pilots and people with aphantasia, welcoming each client into a collaborative space to do this work together. I see therapy as a partnership: you bring your experiences and willingness to engage, and I bring guidance, support, and challenge when it’s needed. I also often integrate nature-informed therapy, using the grounding, regulating, and restorative qualities of the natural world to help clients connect with nature, manage stress and anxiety, process grief, and reignite curiosity and internal spark. I offer therapy both virtually and via in-person outdoor nature sessions in the Auburn, CA area, when appropriate. In-person office sessions should be available soon.
