Introduction

Hello, I have over 20 years experience providing psychotherapy and have been living in Hawaii since 2010. I work with people experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, personality disorders and grief. I am also certified in Perinatal Mental Health and can support women experiencing infertility, miscarriage, PPD and traumatic birth experiences. I provide both talk therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to address these issues. My treatment approach incorporates ART, CBT, Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) and DBT. ART is a brief structured form of therapy that uses guided bilateral eye movements and visualization techniques to help your brain reprocess distressing images and sensations. Treatment focuses on developing insight into recurring patterns, building on strengths and developing personal coping strategies.
