You may be someone who wants to understand yourself beyond the roles you hold, the relationships you’ve been in, and the experiences that have shaped you. Maybe you struggle with overthinking, a loud inner critic, repeating relationship patterns, anxiety, or a persistent sense of not being enough. The patterns you see in yourself have roots. Together, we’ll get curious about where they began, how they’ve shaped you, and what they may still be protecting you from so you can move forward with a deeper understanding of yourself. I work with women navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship patterns, identity, self-worth, social anxiety, and life transitions. Using depth-oriented psychotherapy, EMDR, ACT, parts work, mindfulness, and a spiritual lens when it fits, we’ll explore what shaped you and create space for meaningful change at your pace. Therapy with me is conversational, thoughtful, warm, and real, with Kiki, my therapy dog, often joining us in the office. I’ll sit with you in the hard stuff, ask questions that help us look deeper, and probably laugh with you along the way. You don’t need all the answers, just a willingness to get curious about yourself. I’d love to hear from you.
