I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Doctor of Behavioral Health who works with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, major life transitions, relationship challenges, women’s issues, postpartum adjustment, and the everyday experiences that can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply not like ourselves. My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and down-to-earth while still being grounded in evidence-based treatment. I am trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT, and somatic psychotherapy and integrate these approaches based on each client's individual needs. I believe therapy should be a place where you can feel comfortable being yourself while also feeling challenged, supported, and given practical tools to create meaningful change in your life.
