I am a clinical psychologist who delivers individualized, evidence-based care for adults who are seeking meaning, healing, or change. I have a collaborative approach to therapy and an appreciation of diversity within the human experience. I will do my best to connect with you and your struggle, understand and respect your worldview and values, and offer a nonjudgmental space for us to navigate a path away from suffering. My clinical interests include anxiety, OCD, perinatal mental health, grief, adjustment to chronic illness or change in physical functioning, end-of-life issues, phase of life transitions, depression, health behaviors, disordered eating and body image, chronic pain, sleep disturbances, cognitive changes, and caregiver stress. The decision to seek therapy and the process of finding a therapist can feel confusing and daunting. I know that the therapeutic relationship will serve as the foundation for meaningful growth and change. I take my role seriously and intend to be humble, curious, and self-aware in the process. I welcome you to reach out to me and see if we may be a good fit.
