Hi, I’m Chelsea. I’m a bilingual (English and Spanish) mental health counselor passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience. My journey into this field began with a deep interest in understanding human behavior and a strong desire to support people through difficult and transformative moments in their lives. That passion led me to earn my degree in Psychology and later my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic approaches. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, confidence challenges, anger management concerns, and behavioral difficulties. I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and I strive to create a safe, supportive, and culturally sensitive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and person-centered therapy, I work collaboratively with you to build practical coping skills, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and strengthen your sense of self. My goal is not only to help you manage current challenges, but to support you in building long-term emotional resilience and confidence so you can move forward feeling more grounded and capable in your daily life. Therapy is a partnership, and I am here to walk alongside you as you reflect, grow, and create meaningful change.
