Weekend times available for both in-person or online. Our sessions will look like: 1) you noticing something that isn't working for you, 2) me supporting you through that realization by holding space for your emotions, 3) then guiding you in taking steps towards how you want to show up for yourself more. When appropriate, I share information based on research, history, or theory to challenge and clarify what's keeping you stuck. I provide trauma-informed care through emotional validation, assessing for attachment patterns, Brainspotting to process through the past, and to arrive in the present based on core values. People make mistakes because they were likely not supported enough to make different choices. I can support you without telling you what to do or judging what you have done.
