Introduction

A Little About Me & My Journey I was raised in Santa Clarita and feel incredibly lucky to give back to my community through my work as a therapist. After graduating summa cum laude from California State University, I became a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), helping people heal from trauma, PTSD, attachment challenges, and other emotional wounds. My professional path has taken me through a variety of experiences—from working with at-risk youth and children facing severe emotional challenges, to providing trauma-informed support for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, trafficking, and child abuse. I’ve collaborated with local agencies like the Los Angeles Police Department, the District Attorney’s Office, and community nonprofits to provide therapy, advocacy, and crisis intervention. These experiences have shaped how I approach therapy: with compassion, attunement, and a deep respect for each person’s resilience. Over the past six years, my approach has shifted completely after becoming trained and certified in somatic, body-based therapies like EMDR and Brainspotting (BSP). Experiencing BSP myself showed me how profoundly it can release stuck patterns and support lasting change, and now it’s become my specialty. I’ve moved beyond traditional talk therapy, focusing on approaches that work directly with the nervous system to create lasting transformation. I use BSP to help clients move through trauma, overwhelm, and deep emotional blocks—so they can feel more present, steady, and connected in their lives. Ready to Work Together I work best with thoughtful, self-aware adults—often millennial cycle-breakers, new parents, or people who’ve done a lot of inner work but still feel stuck, reactive, or overwhelmed. Therapy with me is warm, grounded, and collaborative. Together, we slow down, tune into your body and emotions, and create a safe space for real, lasting transformation.
