I’m a trauma therapist trained in EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS), with experience in equine-assisted trauma work. I help people make sense of why their past still shows up in their thoughts, emotions, and relationships and how to find more freedom from those patterns. My approach is centered on helping your nervous system feel safe and meeting every part of you with compassion and grace. Together, we work toward moving out of survival mode so life can feel more grounded, present, and aligned with who you were created to be. When I’m not in the therapy chair, you’ll find me, outdoors hiking, horseback riding, spending time with my family, or curled up with my Kindle. Coffee is non-negotiable, and a good book is my favorite way to unwind.
