The past 5 years in mental health has allowed me to work with many adults who have struggled with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem barriers and stress management. I use evidence-based techniques with empathy and understanding to help you move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling empowered. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can unpack negative self-talk, explore past wounds, and begin to see yourself with more compassion. I will help you feel heard and understood as you explore life challenges, I bring a down-to-earth approach that meets you exactly where you are and walks beside you as you grow into where you want to be. My approach centers on helping people see their inner worth, even when it feels hidden. I use Motivational Interviewing, CBT, solution focused, and Person-centered therapy. Together, we’ll work to cultivate confidence, inner strength, and a deep sense of self-acceptance.
