Introduction

I specialize in working with children, adolescents and parents/caregivers of children with ADHD, inattention and behavioral challenges including aggression, lying and defiance. I recognize that parenting a child with ADHD and/or behavior challenges can be overwhelming, stressful and chaotic. That is why I have dedicated my career to supporting these families. It is my personal and professional experience that families who are invested in learning evidence-based skills often see improvements not only in their child's behaviors, but in their family's overall functioning. I am certified in Parent Management Training-the Kazdin Method (KPMT). Parent training is the first line recommended treatment for ADHD and behavior challenges of kids 12 and under and has a 92% success rate in reducing symptom severity. I also have extensive training in the areas of executive functioning and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). I recognize the need for support that is non-judgmental and compassionate, and I prioritize this need in every interaction. It is my commitment to help you and your family achieve the quality of life you all deserve. Please reach out to schedule a consultation to determine if I would be a good fit for the support you are looking for.
