Informed by neuroscience research, I integrate Gestalt, Play and Mindfulness therapies, and EMDR to help folks identify and heal the wounds that often underlie symptoms of anxiety, depression, and unhealthy relationships. I work with people to develop a sense of curiosity and self-compassion as they navigate their relationships with themselves and others, often discovering patterns rooted in the past that impact current relationships. Within the context of compassion and connection, people begin to heal by developing healthy boundaries, skillful communication, fulfilling reciprocal relationships, self-acceptance and self-love.
