Cheyenne Cheshier is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She works with high-achieving young adults and athletes navigating perfectionism, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, and performance pressure. Cheyenne’s style is warm and collaborative while still structured. She helps clients reduce self-criticism, build confidence, and develop a steadier relationship with their thoughts and emotions—especially when stress, comparison, or “not good enough” thinking takes over. As a former collegiate athlete, Cheyenne is especially attuned to the mental side of performance and the pressure to constantly push. Her background includes experience in eating disorder treatment, community mental health, and hospice care. Outside of sessions, she enjoys running, yoga, and reading.
