Introduction

Hi, my name is Chinomso Kevin Nwankwo, but you can just call me Kevin. I am an adult psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner. I offer virtual consultations via Safe Haven Behavioral Health. As part of my formal education, I completed a master's degree in psychiatric and mental health nursing at Walden University. I see patients with a vast range of emotional and behavioral concerns. I am devoted to helping my patients lead happier and healthier lives. To ensure that, I work closely with each of them to discuss ways they can make better choices for their mental health. I understand that seeking support can be a difficult first step, whether you are navigating anxiety, mood changes, behavioral concerns, or feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, supported, and cared for. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over five years of experience in psychiatry, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered, evidence-based mental health care to individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. My approach is collaborative and individualized, combining thoughtful medication management with supportive guidance. I currently offer telehealth services, creating a safe, convenient space for care. I welcome the opportunity to support you or your loved one on the path toward finding balance, hope, healing, emotional wellness, and stability.
