Introduction

My clinical experience has included working with individuals who have survived trauma, and / or have experienced anxiety, depression and grief. I currently practice individual therapy (18 years old and up) from our BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities, as well as those with complex PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Our goals in therapy will primarily focus on developing self-compassion and self-awareness, as well as promoting self-understanding, love and acceptance. Working with a therapist that you feel seen and understood by is a very important part of the therapeutic process. I strive to create a space that allows for you to get to know yourself in a deeper, more personal way; while also providing insight and support to empower you to live in congruency with what you want in life. Change may be uncomfortable sometimes, nevertheless, Post-Traumatic Growth is possible and worth the process. And sometimes change may look like asking for help and support - and that is OK!
