I'm drawn to work that honors the full complexity of human experience—the joy and the struggle, the questions without easy answers. As a counselor, I specialize in helping individuals navigate religious trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, and codependency, while also supporting those facing major life transitions, aging, and existential questions. I work with adults and elders, bringing culturally sensitive and trauma-informed approaches to our sessions. My toolkit includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness-based techniques, and existential therapy—all grounded in a deep respect for who you are and what you believe. Whether you're processing past wounds, grappling with identity and spirituality, wanting to learn to be more empowered, managing burnout or caregiver stress, or simply feeling lost during a transition, I'm here to help you find clarity and compassion for yourself. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients.
