Introduction

I am a licensed Psychologist in the State of Arizona. I conduct in person sessions in Scottsdale AZ and do telehealth appointments throughout the US. I aim to tailor therapy to your unique needs and circumstances. My approach is integrative, utilizing tools from various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and values-based practices. I enjoy bringing a sense of lightness and playfulness into our sessions to provide a comfortable and supportive environment that encourages psychological flexibility, healing and growth. I completed my internship at the VA Southern Arizona Healthcare System, earned my doctorate from Seattle Pacific University, and completed a postdoctoral research fellowship at the University of Vermont in 2017, studying behavior economics. I am a member of the American Psychological Association and Arizona Psychological Association.
