I work with men, including outdoor enthusiasts, professionals, creatives, and young adults. Many of my clients are used to being the dependable one for everyone else while leaving little space to talk honestly about themselves. We may talk about anxiety, depression, relationships, family history, or trauma, but the aim is not to force your life into a niche. Our work together helps you develop a deeper understanding of yourself so you can live with greater freedom and intention. Therapy works best when there is room for curiosity and honesty, and it is NOT about being told what you should do or who you should be. My role is to listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, challenge you when appropriate, and offer reflections that allow something new to emerge. This process is collaborative, grounded, and non-judgmental. I'm a Master's-level intern therapist offering reduced-fee sessions to increase access to care. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in theatre and film for 15 years. I'm also an avid fly fisherman and value nature's healing power. If something here resonates, I invite you to reach out.
