Introduction

I am Chris Farley, though not the former Saturday Night Live comedian famous for saying you could end up "living in a van down by the river." I still think I'm funny, but I'm actually a therapist trained in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) with 25+ years of experience working with adults, teens & families. I currently have limited availability for individual weekday appointments. Since 2019, I have been incorporating nerd culture into my practice to connect with clients and help them feel accepted. Currently I lead two virtual Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) therapeutic gaming groups aimed at helping adults build confidence, creativity, and social skills. These groups meet on Thursdays at 4:30 pm and Fridays at 3:00PM. It's also fun! My individual therapy specialty is a type of cognitive treatment called REBT. What's that? I help people change the way they think, so that they feel better and make healthier choices in their lives. My goal is to help you learn and use skills to better manage negative emotions. I believe in therapy that is powerful and effective, with a side of humor.
