I lean on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-based, mindfulness practices, to help you build emotional awareness, regulate stress, and move through life with more clarity and confidence. I'm especially experienced in supporting folks navigating cultural/gendered trauma, anxiety, and depression. In our sessions, I like to break things down in a way that feels relatable. I often use music, pop culture, and even literature to make sense of emotions and experiences. Healing doesn’t have to be clinical or cold; it can be creative, warm, and empowering.
