I’m a Licensed Psychologist with over 20 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges, deepen their understanding of themselves, and build more meaningful and fulfilling lives. My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens through a combination of feeling genuinely understood, developing greater self-awareness, and learning new ways of responding to life’s difficulties. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, relationship difficulties, and significant life transitions. I also enjoy helping people better understand longstanding patterns in their relationships, emotional experiences, and sense of self. My therapeutic approach is integrative, combining the depth of psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy with evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I believe effective therapy should offer both insight and practical tools for change. Together, we’ll explore not only what is contributing to your current struggles, but also how your experiences, relationships, and personal values can inform a healthier way forward. In couples therapy, I focus on helping partners understand their relational patterns, improve communication, and develop greater emotional connection and intimacy.
