We all long to feel more fully alive. Yet sometimes life leaves us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about the way forward. I believe therapy offers a space to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with ourselves, our relationships, and what matters most. I'm an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist based in Santa Barbara, California. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity, compassion, mindfulness, and authentic human connection. I believe meaningful change doesn't always begin with advice or having the right answers. Often, it begins with feeling genuinely seen, heard, and understood. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I'm particularly interested in helping people develop greater self-awareness, move beyond old patterns, and discover a deeper sense of purpose and vitality. Outside the therapy room, I'm a husband, father of three daughters, surfer, photographer, and lifelong student of what it means to live well. Nature, movement, creativity, and mindfulness are essential parts of my own life and inform how I approach this work. Whether we meet virtually or in person, my hope is to create a space where you can show up just as you are. You don't have to figure it all out alone.
