Introduction

Chris has over 14 years of clinical practice after receiving his M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University in 1990. Since then he has focused his practice on providing children, adolescents, couples, families and groups with therapy processes that revitalize a person's passion for living an extraordinary life. "I believe the greatest resource for securing a brighter tomorrow begins today by inspiring people to fulfill their potential. " He has counseled children ages 3-14 years through disorders such as ADHD, oppositional defiant, depression, anxiety, eating, adjustment and developmental disorders. He addresses issues such as divorce, military deployment, academic underachievement, self-esteem and addiction. Chris began co-facilitating Continuing Education Teacher Trainings along side his father Dr. Keith Stewart, a Clinical Psychologist and author of parent and teacher training books, in his early twenties. During his 12 years as an instructor of Psychology at South Texas College, Chris continues to facilitate teacher trainings in child and adolescent development, student engagement and resilience. Additionally, Chris facilitates marriage retreats for strengthening marriages and is a featured motivational speaker at conferences and special events. Chris also helps cultivating organizational agility and health in the workplace for over 25 years. Since organizations are made of people, his skills has been valued in large and small companies who have a vision for investing in their human capital.
